IMPROV AND PUBLIC SPEAKING TEACHER
I run quality playful creative workshops on Business Therapy, public speaking and IMPROV. I sometimes call improv “Games for Grown ups” as it is all about play – the path to confidence, fun and freedom. Combining aspects of creativity and therapeutic growth in a variety of workshops has always been in my toolbox (Background as a psychotherapist and trainer).
PERFORMER
Part of Improperly comedy and music improv performance group, I also enjoy participating in devised theatre projects with companies such as Scratchworks Theatre and Four of Swords and have performed with Exe Ensemble.
RADIO SHOW HOST
For Phonic FM and creating annual Women’s Day specials for Dreadnought SouthWest. My show is called “Speaking Out” which is open to anyone with something to say or share – Artists welcome!
Who would you like to collaborate with?
I am open to collaborating with theatre and arts groups generally. Anyone who has a good idea, I am listening 🙂
I am also able to offer MENTORSHIP through the ACED scheme, particularly around confidence in being visible – seen and heard.
