What do you do?
Our skilled musicians use folk arts to empower people from all backgrounds to make music, with voice or instruments. We’ve developed a special no-experience-necessary approach and taking part with us is fun! We celebrate success and ability, and address barriers to include people who may feel on the outside. From our home on north Dartmoor, we reach out across Devon and Torbay. Specialists in the traditional music of Devon, we use this to promote local cultural history, but we’re not stuck in the past – we co-create new works, turning the lives of people today into the folk songs of tomorrow.
