Youth Arts Health Trust is a registered charity based in Exeter, who specialise in providing arts therapies for children and young people aged 5 to 25.
We can offer face to face or online sessions and we work across the South West. We aim to improve health, well-being and life chances through access to arts opportunities, arts therapies and health-related projects for young people and families.
We believe in a more holistic view of how people can be helped to improve their health and wellbeing, through creativity, skills and confidence development.
We are based in Exeter but cover surrounding areas including on site at schools and delivering online sessions further afield throughout Devon when young people cannot get to us in person. We provide training for arts and healthcare professionals in working more creatively with both individuals and groups, and support with understanding more about young people and mental health.
