We’re keen to hear from young creatives (18 – 30) living in East Devon interested in making a career in the arts – whether you’re just starting out or you’re a more established creative wanting to take your career to the next level, we would love to hear from you.

Priority will be given to applicants living in East Devon, but we will consider applications from those living near East Devon.
Our ACED mentors have been selected from a pool of successful cultural practitioners who are based in East Devon and are members of ACED. All understand the challenges of forging a creative career and the value of an impartial sounding board.
Mentees will be paired with a mentor in March 2024 following an informal interview with our Cultural Producer.
We hope to assign all eligible applicants a mentor, but it depends on which creative discipline mentees are looking for.
